low rpm when aircon is engaged

CSG Family,
Need to ask your opinion...
rpm goes to 500 and sometime make the engine shake and off when aircon/compressor is engaged. Any tips how to manage the rpm? Can we adjust rpm?

Convert connection of aircon since oem therrmostat switch is damage by flood..any one also have same experience and troubleshooting solution?

I think your compressor is dragging your engine once engaged. Could be faulty compressor bearing. Have it checked by a reputable shop. AFAIK, altering the engines rev does not solve the problem.

Try cleaning your throttle first, baka may carbon buildup na sa mga sensors kaya nagfafaulty reading na sila. Do that first since less gastos and masmabilis gawin then if the same problem persists then do what JMV suggested.

the a/c might not be actuating the idle air control if you changed wiring. make sure it does.
